Since we are on equestrian cupid, I think it would be appropriate to attend a horsey function like a horse jumping event at Tryon, or maybe go trail riding.

Something horse related would be nice. A meet and greet somewhere would actually be the first contact. Then a actual date if the meet and greet went well.
A picnic with a bottle of wine, up on the hillside looking over a beautiful view... That works for me. Im also good with a nice steak & lobster followed by an evening ride....
